For The Real News Network, I spoke with indigenous activist Kanahus Manuel​ about recent revelations that RCMP officers were authorized to shoot indigenous land defenders who were blockading construction of a natural gas pipeline in northern British Columbia.

The planned route of the Coastal GasLink pipeline crosses un-ceded territory of the Wet’suwet’en nation.
