In 2017, Hydro-Quebec entered into a cyber-security cooperation agreement with Israel Electric Corporation (IEC).
For years, IEC has been complicit in severe abuses of Palestinian human rights.
Following an intense campaign to end this agreement, Hydro-Quebec announced recently that it had allowed the agreement to lapse.
